Privacy & data handling
This page describes the application’s current processing paths. Requirements can differ by operation; check the selected tool before supplying information.
Browser storage and workspace
Some settings, drafts, trackers and encrypted vault data are stored in your browser. Clearing site data can remove them. When Google sign-in and workspace sync are configured, the service processes your account identity and saves notes and tasks on the server.
Files and third-party services
Many file and media operations run in your browser. Some PDF, conversion, audit, link and AI workflows send inputs to the OneTabTool server or the provider identified in the tool. Model engines and fonts may be downloaded from third parties. Browser speech services can use the browser vendor’s service.
External requests
Connected services include Google sign-in, YouTube, Google AI/PageSpeed, stock-image providers and public lookup services where enabled. Requests to external services are subject to their policies. The music player can contact the audio host and metadata providers.
Your choices
Avoid uploading sensitive information unless you understand the selected workflow. Use guest tools where suitable, keep backups of browser-only data and review permissions for camera, microphone and screen recording. This page does not promise a retention period or deletion mechanism that has not been implemented.
